What is Product Presenter: Additional Capabilities
Update Capability

Throughout the line planning and sales process when line changes occur, Product Presenter can be updated using a network connection. Plans built prior to update can be updated or retained as is.

Supports Product Updates:
Product content can be updated during the selling season, either via an update CD or through a secure, online connection. Version control of content updates is automatically managed by Product Presenter.

  • Reflect adds and drops as they happen.
  • Change product data, such as pricing changes.
  • Update images from CADs to photography during coming-to-market process.
  • Broadcast promotional pricing or “hot-market” products to your sales force.
  • Elect to update or retain data in existing plans.
  • New plans will always include the most current data.
  • Last update received is tracked and recorded on intro screen.
For Online Updates:
Users must have VPN connection to your server, and permissions to access the directory in which the update data is stored.

Delivery and Presentation Options
  • Complete plans can be saved, edited or exported to Microsoft Excel for additional financial analysis.
  • Financial plans and assortment plans, covers and marketing sections can be selected individually for creation of a PDF and print.
  • Plans can be saved and emailed to other CD owners who can open plans and use all Product Presenter functions.

International Use

One CD will support your global sales and product planning with the addition of our local country pricing package.

  • Supports local country pricing tables, showing respective currency symbols.
  • Plans can be created in one currency and then be republished in an alternate currency.
  • Plans built in multiple currencies can be consolidated and then republished in a single alternate currency.

Report Consolidator

Reports exported to Microsoft Excel can then be consolidated using Product Presenter’s proprietary Plan Consolidator Excel plug-in.

  • Roll-up multiple reports to provide account, regional or global sales projections.
  • Simplify analysis of regional or global sales reports.
