Throughout
the line planning and sales process when line changes
occur, Product Presenter can be updated using a network
connection. Plans built prior to update can be updated
or retained as is.
Supports Product Updates:
Product content can be updated during the selling season,
either via an update CD or through a secure, online
connection. Version control of content updates is automatically
managed by Product Presenter.
- Reflect adds and drops as they happen.
- Change product data, such as pricing changes.
- Update images from CADs to photography during coming-to-market
process.
- Broadcast promotional pricing or “hot-market”
products to your sales force.
- Elect to update or retain data in existing plans.
- New plans will always include the most current
data.
- Last update received is tracked and recorded on
intro screen.
For Online Updates:
Users must have VPN connection to your server, and permissions
to access the directory in which the update data is stored.
