We strive to be easy to work with and innovative in our approach.
While no two clients are alike, here are the basic steps most imaging projects will run through.

Select your desired level of styling for each product category.
Email us your line list to identify all the styles we will shoot and the colorways we will create.
Tell us your timelines, number of seasons and when product samples are available. Send us your color palettes and final file specs.
We provide you with a price and a schedule.
You approve and provide us with your purchase order.
We set up a Brand Manger room for you to review images.

Send us your product.
We check your product in and prep the sets for your selected styling.
You let us know if there are any priorities.
With new clients we share the first shots for each category to gain your approval. When shot standards are established, images move immediately into production.

Based on the style and service level you have selected, we process each image for your review.
We post shots and created colorway images to Brand Manager for you to review.
You receive an email notification to visit your Brand Manager room to approve images or request edits.
Approved files move on to final prepping. We let you know if requested edits require a job change and with your approval, edits are made.

You receive status reports throughout the project — samples needed, shots to approve and completed shots.
On approval of all images, we will either post files to Image Courier or send them to you on a DVD.
All product samples will be checked out, repackaged and returned.
Invoice will follow shortly.
